The crew got the job done quick and had it cleaned up like they were never there . I definitely will be useing First Response Industries for any tree service in the future and recommend everyone else do the same .

The tree Shannon was cutting fell on my roof on November 2, 2022. He said he would rather pay for the damage out of pocket than involve insurance. He has not returned to finish the job and has been dishonest and not followed through on arrangements to remedy the situation, saying he did not get in touch with us for 2 weeks after the incident because we was driving on IN35 and reception is spotty. (For two weeks?!) After talking to him yesterday, he apologized and said he would be here between 8 and 9am this morning. Again, he is a no-show and is not answering his phone. It has been 28 days since he left the job, returning only once to put a shingle over a hole that has also gone through the wood of my roof. Today, November 30, the tree is standing and my roof is down with my gutter still draped near my back door. Accidents happen. If it was merely that the tree he was cutting fell on my roof, I would not have left a bad review. However, his word is not to be trusted. Do not look to him for a job done well with integrity or to make it right when he is in the wrong.
