Fairyland Castle Child Care

I go to Nightingale Montessori (2 buildings left), I swear i've never seen a child enter or leave this daycare, I assume it got shut down at some point.

My childern attended there and and each week it was a different amount, it was always dark in there and the children never went outside on the warnest of days. I write checks or use my debit card and the center was cash only, they would claim the children were not checked in or out but the machine never had printer tape, they didnt provide enough food and the children would be hungry when i picked them up so there stay was short-lived. I contacted ODJFS due to i was paying a diffrent copay each week and was told this is not the first complaint, the state was reinbursing them for food they were not providing. My kids were so unhappy and that was the reason i removed them. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Id rather drive out of my way to make sure the center is a great place, fairyland castle is not, they are just about filling the place up.

This place is a complete joke what facility makes you provide your child or Childrens lunches and also still pay the full cost weekly. Smells like an attic or thrift store I understand it's an older house but seems like they could bring that place to life more to make it more welcoming. No one is sitting at the front door so anyone can walk into the center and seeing as where it's located that doesn't seem like the safest plan set in place. Needs more learning things to make the child/children feel more welcomed or to make them actually want to stay.

I wish I would have never taken my children there! every time we would take them they would make up some new rule like if you're at all late from the time you say you will pick them up you have to pay a late fee. I bought my daughter a full pack of pull ups that I sent with her after ine day they were gone and at home she goes through maybe 4 a day. the last day there they told me my children couldn't come because they haven't had their well checks yet but they weren't due for them until august. I told Barbara to get my childrens things and that they would not be returning, all they gave me was my children's blankets. They kept their extra clothes and sippy cups i had sent previously. While I was waiting for her to get their things I heard a loud thump upstairs then a kid crying and the woman in the upstairs classroom stated screaming SHUTUP!!!! at the little kid I then stated "I'm glad my kids aren't coming here any more" to which Barbara replied "we're glad they won't be back." my daughter would scream, cry, and kick everytime we took her there but never at her other daycares and now I see why.
