        Staff is extremely rude with patients. Dont recommend getting your supplies from here. There are other home health suppliers in springfield.

        Worst place to get medical equipment. 3 years in a row they messed up my orders causing me to go without supplies. Everytime same excuse. Told they will call me as soon as they can figure out what the other did or didn't do. Waited 2 months just to be told my order ended 3 weeks ago and can't be help. Stay away from this place. They are useless
