Never receive my bill but yet will get a disconnection notice on my door then want to charge me a extra 30 disconnection fee then additional 75 to turn it back on. This is absolutely ridiculous! I have also called several times about not getting a bill and it still hasn't been resolved

the female customer service staff is unbelievably rude. i was trying to explain my situation, and 3 times i was interrupted and told maam i understand your frustrations but there is nothing i can do, or i literally cant help you - each time sounding more and more irritated, not once was it kind. id love for the call to be pulled for review, because not once was i angry or frustrated. i was asking questions in order to understand what was going on. horrible experiences everytime here.

I never get my bill in the mail. And theres no way to see it online/by phone without having your account number, which I dont have cause I dont ever get my bill in the mail. My 1st one was 126 and second was 33 and i dont understand why thered be such a big difference since im just paying for sewage

My water bill has went up almost 40 dollars a month since November it went from 80 to 104 in December then from 104 to 119 in February and I used the same amount of water every month. A year ago I was paying 60 dollars a month so my bill has almost doubled now.....
