Arby's

No pride in the work here. Maybe you will get lucky and get a decent sandwich. Several bad experiences here. Pictured below is the flagship brisket sandwich in pathetic form.

Employees here at the South Point, OH. Location were rude and every time we go here they always get our order wrong. The food isnt as good as it use to be also

We went to the Southpoint Arbys in Ohio. We had a $50 order and after paying they pulled us up to the door and said it would be a wait. About 20 seconds later a guy brings out one bag of food. He assured us it was all there. We were missing half of our order and 2-3 sandwiches were the wrong sandwiches. We went back through and told the girl at the speaker what was missing and she wasn't really nice about it. Then at the window the big guy who brought out our food told us we'd have to repeat what was missing because "he forgot what she said." What a great experience. It ended up being about a half an hour ordeal.
