ever wonder why every resident in town is poor or lower middle class and 23 looks like the rust belt, but the ample cops get new equipment and new cars and new paint jobs every year?

Got pulled over for not having my headlights on, during the day, while it was sprinkling. However, I did, in fact, have my fog lights on, because it was still daylight outside. Because I know you're supposed to have lights on, if you are using your windshield wipers. Then he took all 3 of our IDs, asked if we had warrants, checked our backgrounds for warrants, then came back and told us to have a nice day. No ticket, or even a verbal warning about the headlights. Seems like they were just pulling people over to check for warrants. Officer was very nice, and very respectful. Just thought the reason for the stop was unjustified.

Disgusting town and extremely discriminatory police force. I wouldn't even recommend driving near here.

No way. Speed trap. TINT trap city is what they should be called. Another small Ohio town with the only means to generate income is by enforcing traffic laws. I was pulled over for tint. The officer ran lights and sirens down 23 to pull me over. A little excessive. I thought there was a REAL emergency requiring a REAL police officers. Guess my tint was the only emergency that day. Nothing more then kids in costumes playing cops if you ask me.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. My fiancé and I got pulled over going over the speed limit. Ok, our fault. Paid the ticket online just to get a letter in the mail almost TWO MONTHS after the incident to let us know we didn’t pay all of it.......even though the officer TOLD US to go online and pay the minimum of 120.00. According to the receptionist, we needed to pay 135.00...............so now there is a suspension on my fiancé’s license and we have to pay an extra 60.00 dollars. Absolutely ridiculous. Absolute crooks.
