    We have a Fluke area radiation monitor that we paid approximately twice as much as the competition charges for the same thing. It broke, and we depend on it to be able to perform HDR radiation treatments. We sent it to them for repair 7 weeks ago, and currently it is 5 weeks past the date they estimated they would ship it back. They don't have loaner devices available and have a 6 week lead time on new purchases as well. Worse than all this, they absolutely ignore all requests for a status update. We've tried to get in touch with them over a dozen times in the past two weeks, and they will not speak with us, except to say "someone will call you back with an estimated timeframe" which never happens. We can't even make plans for patients without this information. At this point, we have no choice but to assume we won't get our device back and pursue other options. Unless Fluke has at least a dozen completely incompetent people who can't return phone calls, they are operating under a company wide policy of lying to customers, saying that they will call back with an estimated timeframe and then not doing it. If you will rely on your equipment for anything important, do not use this company. I have never experienced anything close to this horrible when purchasing or servicing healthcare related equipment. The complete lack of service and communication is not at all compatible with healthcare. I am a medical physicist in radiation oncology. I can be reached easily through professional societies or on LinkedIn if anyone has questions about the credibility of this review. Furthermore, I have sent a copy of this review to the company with a promise to edit any part of it that they can legitimately contest. UPDATE: The day after I posted this review and sent it to the company, I was finally contacted, by several folks in fact. They apologized, got the device through service and shipped it back, expedited shipping. Unfortunately, it still did not work properly. They then sent me a loaner device and I sent the device back to them. I recieved it back for the second time last week, and it still does not work!! We are going on 5 months at this point, and I don't understand. I know that Fluke is a legitimate company, but...??? Update #2: We just got this back a 3rd time (6 months since we first sent it), and it still is not fixed. They are letting us keep the loaner still, and now that I am sending it back for the 4th time, it's going directly to a manager who has been very apologetic and vows to get this handled. Light years ahead of the stonewalling that went on for the first few months, but still...
