A joke of a company. Making mistakes with my escrow payments and cannot figure out where it went. Refuse to give me a email or phone number of a higher up to speak with to get this resolved. Customer service talks in circles. Obvious they do not understand what they’re doing. If you are able, do not do business with this company! Should be negative stars.

The are fast to get your money but give you the run around to get yours. Loss Claim department is a joke I am very unhappy with them

Warning this is the worst company I have ever dealt with. For anyone that has had a bad experience with this company you can lodge a complaint with the CFPB ( consumer financial protection bureau),. Newrez is the most incompetent and unprofessional company ever. I see all the bad reviews here and have had some of the same issues. I will be going else were for a refi . The fact that they carry my current mortgage makes me sick. STAY AWAY from Newrez. ZERO STARS. Remember to file your complaint with CFPB ( consumer financial protection bureau),

Incompetent company. Can't get their documents straight. Please for the love of god, use a different company if you have the choice. 0/10. Would not recommend. EDIT: open until 10? Just got hung up one TWICE from the automated system. Sent over documents 2 weeks ago. Get another letter stating you'll add on insurance if not provided. I DID MY JOB HOW ABOUT YOU DO YOURS!!!!!!
