Terrible management. Terrible working environment. The Health Plan blocked their rating section on Indeed because it was so horrible. Think twice before working for this company.

My wife started working at the health plan in February. She was a victim from day one of hostile work environment! Woman that trained her was negative and terrible to her from the first day. Never any commendation for her hard work. Went to this woman’s supervisor and then it got worse. She resigned today because they threatened separation so the fourth floor is where you never want to work! The Human Resources woman was mean to her as well! I’m glad she’s out of that place and we never ever want anything do do with that poorly managed company.

Absolutely horrible insurance company. Would rate 0 stars if I could. Was in the hospital for 6 days, just got released, went to go pick up my prescriptions and oxygen and was told the insurance was denied! Called in to the office to try to speak with someone and all they did was transfer me to someone’s voicemail who isn’t even there. What a joke. Horrible customer service, and a horrible company!
