I used a Groupon and enjoyed my basic mani pedi with Charley, who was nice and patient and made the experience relaxing and enjoyable.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I bought a groupon for this place for a partial with cut and style and apparently the appointment didnt show up in their system. They have a separate scheduling place for groups which tells me they value you less anyway since you're paying a discounted price. When I arrived at my first scheduled appointment he told me it wasnt there. He offered to try and squeeze me in later that afternoon so I said ok. Then he calls me and tells me that he won't be able to fit me in at all that day. I reschedule with him for the following Saturday (today) and the owner has no customer service skills at all. He doesn't even acknowledge your presence after being checked in. He will talk the other customer's ear off while he let's your appointment time run. He then socializes at the counter and still shows no interest in your appointment. I felt like I wasn't even there. I walked out and had no interest in telling them I'm not coming back. They wasted my time and was treated less than human because I had a groupon. Thanks jerk.
