        Great custom butcher shop!!!

        Had a great experience. This was my first time having a hog butchered everything was simple. Once the animal was unloaded there are forms to fill out to select how you want your animal butchered. I am very pleased with the outcome and can't wait to bite into the first pork chop.         I had 2 deer processed here in December 2019 and would never drop another deer here again. Price was significantly more than other processors I’ve used and the quality of the butler wasn’t great by venison standards. Nearly no fat or silver skin was trimmed off the cuts. Additionally, nothing was boned out which is fine, but with the high price I at least expected some trimming of the meat. The meat appeared the be cut into chunks with a cleaver and wrapped as is.
