        Don't bother trying to call them. I have tried everyday for a week and been on hold for more than an hour before giving up. They failed to show up for our regularly scheduled service call, and have not bothered to call or reschedule. I have emailed them and they haven't responded. How can anyone possibly trust them to shred documents securely. I don't recommend their services.

        The driver who picked up our order was polite and efficient. I have been trying to call for 2 weeks and cant get a live body on the phone. My customer number will not work on the phone or web site to pay my bill. Ive sent 3 emails to customer service. Not sure what's happening.

        I have used SHRED IT services for all 10 years of my employment at my current job. I can tell when it's Tuesday because that's when I see the SHRED IT trucks in the area but also we have been fortunate to always have the most courteous drivers. We were put on work remotely orders due to the pandemic and SHRED IT allowed us to make adjustments to our pick up schedule.
