        Deny having phone conversations with you! Dealt with Brenda for 2 weeks about a small business rider and she quit returning calls, said she had quotes ready and was emailing them and then nothing. She is now denying ever having an conversation on the matters and saying I spoke to someone else.....I have her name and number on record including multiple emails. Another issue we got a call from our loan company saying our truck was no longer insured.....nothing changed so that was strange. Called office and our VIN number wasn’t even on file. The truck was insured for 2 years since driving off the lot and just disappeared off our policy! Just stay far away from Allstate at all cost!
