We had a problem with AC Electric’s work, and they made it right in every way. Todd provided stellar service. His work was impeccable. We always felt comfortable with him in our home. We are grateful for his excellent, “above and beyond” correction of the problem. William was also very helpful and immediately began steps to correct the issue we had. It is rare in these times for a company to hold dear the values of yesteryear. AC Electric practices those values in every aspect of their work. The whole house had to be rewired and needless to say, it took awhile. I must say, every day when they left, my home was cleaner than when they got here. The integrity that is practiced is above reproach. Everything is neat and done right. We were kept abreast of what they were doing and then what the plan was for the next day. This was invaluable since it allowed me to work around things and change things if I needed to. The entire crew from the owner on down was kind, considerate and respectfully polite. I HIGHLY recommend you call them for any job large or small. It's been a long time since I've dealt with a company that practiced customer service to the degree that AC does. I'm so glad I chose AC ELECTRIC. I was looking to install a three way smart switch at a nominal cost. I found this business online and decided to give them a shot. Again, glad I did. Todd Fowler was great. He knew what needed to be done and got the task down well within an hour. I'll definitely be using this business again. 8/24/21 UPDATE: Once again AC ELECTRIC 💡⚡ was on the money. I needed to get a service amperage upgrade along with the installation of some smart switches, fan boxes, and fan controls. Todd came out the previous day to assess the job and cost. After some jugglin with the figure$ and availability in scheduling, I was able to have a team on site to begin the work on the following day. William is a sheer pleasure. He made sure that this project could be tackled within two days. The guys that arrived today were phenomenal. By days end, I was able to have my new service upgrade completed, home fully grounded, and ceilings fans disassembled. Tomorrow I'm waiting to have the final phase of this project completed.
