        Canceled my rental less than an hour before it was scheduled to be picked up. I had reserved this WEEKS in advance due to only having one day to get moving done. Get more trucks, or dont allow people to make reservations. Worst customer service experience ever.

        Giving two stars (for now) because they at least called me the day before to tell me my truck should be ready 4hrs after I reserved it for. Going on 7hrs and still no truck... Getting pretty close to the line where because of other reservations I've made to move from Ohio to Massachusetts, this delay will cost more than the truck rental itself. If they sell insurance for not having your vehicle when you reserve it, I would encourage you take the option.
