American Family Insurance - Shawnda Gossett

Best Agent Ever!!! Moments after getting hit head-on by an on-coming car, I knew my 3 month old car was totaled immediately. I called Shawnda and she jumped right into action. She made sure my daughter and I were not seriously injured. She gave all the information I needed and advised me on how the process would go. I had never been in an accident that totaled my car but she made sure I was well prepared for any and everything. I absolutely would highly recommend the Gossett Agency.

Worst road side assistance insurance company ever. I had a flat tire. Called 4 times and tow truck driver said on 4 occasions he was on the way. (Each Time was another 40 min wait because they had to keep reprocessing the order). After the 4th time, the driver said he forgot to read his email and will take another hour. By this time I’ve been waiting 3 hours and the tire place I was getting towed to was closed. Don’t count on this insurance company for road side insurance!!! They will keep telling you they’re on their way and keep reprocessing the order and put you on hold for 20 mins until I got fed up told them I’m switching companies and hung up the phone.

Tesha B. I have no idea what you mean , she is honestly the best agent I've met. I don't know what planet you came from I guess "htrae" since your review is a catfish. (you know it and I do) This woman Shawnda Gosset has great customer service so please, if you can do what she does everyday let me know :)

She's the best!!!!!!! I've been with The Gossett Agency for two years now and the staff have always been so helpful. When I have any questions or concerns Ms. Gossett and staff have gotten back with me in a timely manor. I'd recommend this agency to anyone if you're looking for an agent or agency that really cares about you.
