Billy and Chris were wonderful to work with! They were quick to respond to my questions, easy to communicate with, listened, and made my first car buying experience great! I was able to purchase exactly what I wanted. The deduction of one star is because Trevor did not give us a great rate initially. After suggesting to him that we shop more lenders, we were able to find something more suitable for us. Overall, I recommend Glockner to anyone looking to purchase a car!

Jayllen Carter is a gem. He made my purchase of a vehicle so easy. He kept me updated on every used Tacoma that came onto the lot. Then I decided to purchase a new Tacoma instead. He has kept me updated on its building progress, then I purchased it. The Glockner Auto family is really easy to deal with. Thank you all so much for finding my dream truck.

Process of buying was very smooth.. Once we Decided what we wanted, Traci arranged for us to come in and test drive the RAV4.. She had it waiting out front .. Once we decided to buy, Trevor ( I think that’s his name) in finance got all the paperwork together and we were out of there pretty quickly.. The communication was great throughout the process ! It was a drive for us as we live 3 hours away, but it was well worth the drive .. so far great experience .. they also have a huge selection of many makes and models, not just Toyota!
