Ignore the older reviews. The place has a new owner and they really cleaned it up. I stayed here three nights in early June 2023 with my son so we could visit the islands and it was great. Very clean. Very friendly people. We stayed before the busy season started, so it was really quiet, only a few people staying there. So I cant really speak about how quiet it is during the busy season. But it was nice, and really comfortable. And it was a quick drive to the ferries.

As mentioned, the desk clerk was friendly and helpful. The price was right and the hotel was near everything we wanted to do.The room was clean, other than the 4 hairs I found in the shower, which seems to be an anomaly based on other reviews, so maybe someone was just having a bad day and missed them. Be aware there is no elevator, which is mentioned on the website, but it is something you might easily miss.

Our room was very clean and they cleaned it every day like precovid days! The parking lot could use some additional lighting so don't let that put you off when you pull up. The inside is well maintained. These ratings take the budget price into consideration. Nothing fancy but CLEAN.
