Burger King - Closed

Service was horrible. Poor girl was doing drive thru and lobby while manager was sitting in the lobby in a meeting. Order was completely wrong. Asked for burger with cheese, mayo,onion and lettuce only and got a burger with tomato, pickle and ketchup. Threw right in the trash. Husband asked for onion rings paid extra and got fries.

If I could give this place no stars I would. While they were getting the order ready for my son they got it wrong. While we were waiting all we heard was swearing and yelling. I went through drive through again and told them our order was wrong again. So we waited until we got the order. Which was wrong again. While waiting we had to sit and listen to alot of swearing and goofing off. I will never go here again.

Used to be a great Burger King as far as BK goes. Now (last 12-18 months) horrible! Cold food, skimping on condiments, after waiting in line for 10 minutes? This woman in charge (Shannon(looks & acts like a female Gestapo agent. Employees obviously intimidated and uncomfortable. This place suc ks! Will never come here again.

Showed up at 11:00 for lunch. Online it says lunch is supposed to begin at 10:30 but the sign was still set to breakfast. I asked at the drive through if they were serving lunch and the girl on the intercom responded No with a really snotty tone. I drove away and went to the ridge road location where they were serving lunch and had an updated digital menu for the drive through. If you live in the area avoid this location and just go to the ridge rd. one right down the street.

Ordered the spicy chicken combo. Got a regular chicken that was overcooked and the bun was burnt. Returned the sandwich and got a free ice cream and a spicy chicken sandwich. It was overcooked and the breading came off. Worst meal ever
