      image 4 Star insurance of Parma Ohio is the biggest ripoff they've been charging me on two cars I do not own for the past year-and-a-half and when I call all I get is it's your fault we'll see how it's my fault in court and they are the worst insurance company I've ever had

      John, we called you back immediately and I tried to discuss your specific issue before you hung up on me. You never signed or communicated the fact that you wanted to cancel your insurance policy. We have no record of a call or signed cancellation request. Your new agent didn't send a cancel request either. We had no idea you had new insurance elsewhere. You were set up on auto pay and obviously didn’t notice the withdrawals for two insurance policies. I personally reached out to your new agent and requested proof that you indeed had insurance elsewhere. Your new agent did send me proof of when your new policies were put in force. I then requested the policy that was still in force in our agency be cancelled back to when your other policies started. You will be getting a refund. As always, your welcome for our fantastic service. I wish you well in the future.
