Stay away from this guy. Stated that he fixed my furnace only to have the issue appear again hours after he left. Stated several times he would come back and not cash my check until it was fixed ended up, cashing my check and then promised he would reimburse the money now. Hes now been silent for nearly a month and wont respond to phone calls or text messages. Service: A/C system repair

Brian installed a large unit in my condominium about ten years ago. It was a nightmare scheduling with him. I now have to pay $816 to get unit up to code. Find someone else. I wish I had. Service: HVAC system repair

Do yourself a favor and get another air conditioning and heating company. I had a unit installed 10 years ago, and had some difficulties with it. Getting a response was next to impossible. I just sold the condo I was living in and have to pay $816 to get that unit up to code. I got ripped off Big.

Relative used him and messed up installation and didnt finish job completely. Would never recommend for service. They had to hire another company to fix Brians mistake. Unnecessary stress and waste of time and money.

If you value and expect good customer service, I highly recommend you take your business elsewhere. I paid in full for a brand new AC unit and wasnt able to use it for 3 consecutive 90+ degree days due to an error made by the installation crew. My situation was clearly not a high priority as I was told I would have to wait 3 days till Brian could come over to address it. When I asked Brian for some type of compensation, he looked at me like I had three eyes; totally flabbergasted that I would even suggest it. After some back and forth, we came to agreement and, here we are, well over a month since the incident and he hasnt followed through on the agreement. To add insult to injury, we never even received an apology for the inconvenience. Again, I suggest you research alternative HVAC companies. Service: Install AC
