Alert Door was so very helpful to address our broken garage door equipment. In our case, a pulley had been completely destroyed and the cable was off track. Another cable was frayed. I contacted Action Door and was quickly added to their schedule. They had the new equipment installed within an hour of arrival and took the time to inspect and maintain other aspects of our garage doors, including greasing the other door pulleys and openers. I never knew my garage door could be so quiet! I'll use Alert Door for all of my garage door needs in the future!

I had another company come out and they wanted to gouge me. Alert sent Chris out and he was not only professional, he told me you dont need new equipment Ill fix you up. and he did. Im a new home owner, and he could have taken advantage of me, but he didnt. I find that very refreshing. I will be recommending you to others.

I would definitely recommend this company! Dan was able to come out the same day I called. He thoroughly explained my options and was able to fix my garage door!

Such a seamless process to get our garage fixed! Alert door was ready to help us out from the moment they answered the phone. They helped identify the problem and scheduled our repair as soon as we were available. To top things off, Dan's knowledge, attention to detail and friendly disposition on the day of the repair made the experience even better!
