Never a bad experience, staff always on point. Sandwiches are bountiful, sauce way better than others in the area. *edit dropping a star for the canned fake responses from the "social media team" 😆

If you catch them on a good day your meal will be perfect. Manager can have cranky days and when you try to talk to him it gets worse and he gives you undercooked ribs.

If I could give this zero stars I would. I'm not the type to complain about food or food service but this has been an awful experience. It all started with the disgusting, spoiled food. Most of what we ordered was completely inedible. Raw chicken, stale four day fritos & chilli. Moldy, bacteria petri dish baked potato casserole (mashed potatoes). I've never sent back or asked for a refund before but I did fill out a survey and when the manager/owner (Nelson) called I requested a refund. He proceeded to tell me that nothing was wrong with the food and he would not be refunding anything. This man was rude and disrespectful. He is going to destroy this restaurant and tarnish Dickey's reputation. If he honestly thought the food we received was acceptable he should not be managing a restaurant. Someone is going to get very very sick one day. I believe in the right hands Dickey's BBQ probably has great food, but only destruction will come with a man like Nelson in charge. I hope corporate will rectify my experience and take my construction criticism to improve this restaurant before it's too late.
