Vince Hrobat Insurance Inc

This place has gone downhill since Brian left three years ago. They are shady and unethical. They jacked up my rates on my auto and homeowners insurance by $600, and they require you to pay an annual upfront premium on both policies. They told me it was a requirement to pay the premium in full. I found out through calling the insurance company directly that is not the case. They make money and a percentage each year of selling a policy and the annual premium each year on your policy. I did my homework and priced Auto/Home through other agencies and directly through Insurance companies. I ended up saving $1100 elsewhere. No, I do not recommend them. They dont care about customers best interests. They've lost my business.

Long time client of Hrobat Ins. Recently I needed some help with my car insurance. I spoke to a very helpful Angela C. who went over and above to look at my policy. She called me back as promised a short time later and made all the adjustments I needed. Angela provided the best customer service I've had in a very long time.
