I had Shoreline replace all my windows in the fall, it turned out great. Brad and his son were very low pressure and patiently explained everything to me. They are local and very competitive with pricing, they came in lower than the bigger companies that give you the "buy 1 get 1 free" sales pitch. House is much warmer and quieter now!

My husband and I needed windows replaced in our house because some of them were the originals, some were nailed shut by the previous owner because they wouldn't close properly, and some were installed poorly. The crew was totally professional, kind, and very patient with me and my 11 month old, who kept getting in the way. The customer service is beyond anything I have experienced, the prices weren't even in the same ballpark as the larger companies who claim to give you a BOGO price. I really can't say enough about these guys and their crew. I went from feeling like I live in an igloo to being comfortable in a tshirt. Life changer! Will definitely be calling them in the future! Brad and Chris are first class people, thanks again for a great job! They installed 2 doors and 3 windows, no baloney just a good job! Give them a chance, talk to them before you sign.

It was great to work with the owners from start to finish. They thoroughly presented the product and service and gave us a detailed quote that included sales tax. No changes or "upselling". Very transparent. Out of three companies they were the best on price and value. The install team was also very good to work with. We had 16 windows replaced and patio door. All windows triple pane with super spacer. We're very happy with Shoreline. My advice is do not go with the bigger companies that you see on TV and hear on the radio. They are paying big bucks for advertising that gets passed on to you at a 25% or more difference from what we paid. Services: Door installation, Window installation
