He has helped me more then any other attorney. I would suggest him to everyone for their divorce and custody cases.

If I could give Mr. KUBYN a negative star, I would. Now, i understand that as the client of the opposing counsel I am NOT to like the other lawyer. However. This is just so everyone is aware of how horrid this man is...because had he been MY attorney, I would have been ticked.
Our first court hearing, Mr Kubyn showed up late, and ill prepared. He didnt even know who he was representing that day. MY lawyer had to inform him of HIS clients personal information. (And we could hear the yelling from down the hall where we were waiting) Mr Kubyn left the court room TWICE to ask his client things he should have known. This lead to a continuance. Again. And a waste of money.
He also caused his client to be in contempt of court because of, what Im assuming, is information he wrongly gave his client.
Mr Kubyn is not professional is any type of communication..whether it be lawyer to lawyer, or him knowing the emails will be forwarded to the other client.
His client also would have been in trouble had it not been for ME and my lawyer telling him he had to be at a previously scheduled appointment. Mr Kubyn "got it taken care of", however that was untrue and failure of his client to show would have reflected very badly (again....) on his client. Even at our final divorce hearing, Mr Kubyn was rude and acting like a child.
If you want someone who doesnt communicate between law offices, has no idea who he is respresenting or what time to show up, will "not put any more money into the case" (literally what was said) after your retainer is gone, acts like a spoiled brat if he doesnt get his way in court, by all means....Mr Kubyn is your guy. If you want someone to represent you with dignity and actually look out for you, I suggest you skip this law firm and onto the next.

Stacey kubyn partner is a housewife that passed the bar and uses her legal lic to stalk dog breeders. She is a backyard breeder of dogs as well as a dog broker. She has lied to the DA in NY, the Police in NY, to try to remove any competition in the dog world. She does not pay her dog bills and will send animal control to your home the day u are to show a dog from her competition.She has tried to kill the dogs of her direct competition by telling the neighbors to shoot the dogs. It is not fair that a lawyer miss uses her legal lic to intimidate the competition in dog breeding . When she does not practice law and can not afford to pay her tax bills . She wants and needs all puppy sales to pay her bills as evident by her many tax leins. So instead of breeding better dogs she tries to remove all competition by stalking them with her Esquire name.
