Just had a hose bib replaced this morning and the service was great. Everything from communication to the quality of work. He (Micah) went above and beyond to do things right and explain everything that was done. I will definitely be a repeat customer should I need anymore plumbing done. Thanks again. It's hard to find honest, reputable companies now a days and you guys are certainly one of the good companies.

We have called many, many times with both small and big plumbing problems. The call back is always prompt and well within 24 hours. When it has been an emergency Bartow plumbers come right away. If it has been maintenance the service call is usually within 2-3 days. The problem is always resolved and explained. Rates are reasonable. We have called on Dan and his team multiple times in the past few years. His rapidity of responsiveness is top rate as is the quality of his work. Perhaps most importantly, we know we can trust Dan to provide a thorough and honest evaluation of the work needed with long term best interest of the house being a priority. He hasn't ever recommended any work that wasn't clearly necessary and he doesn't take short cuts that might compromise the quality of the outcome. His rates are extremely fair. He will provide an understandable and complete description of the work needed and completed as well as preventative measures to take if asked, for those like myself who feel better knowing those details. As long as Dan is working, we will go to him first for service.
