Just switched to Dr.Farmers office and I’m so glad I did, the front desk helped me so much with my insurance and Dr.Farmer is so nice, very kind and patient. Also Katie did a great job with my cleaning and was very knowledgeable! Glad I made the switch.

The worst dentist I have ever seen. I went for a regular cleaning, had no pain or sensation. He discovered two small cavity that needed filling,.... said you need that so that they are not bad in the future. I went ahead and did the filling. After filling, I got continuous pain and water sensation for more than a week. So I went back to discuss with him. Then he said I need root canal...........!! I asked why did not you tell me before filling the cavity. He said I was blaming him for my tooth problems. He has no confidence on what is going on. He would ask me what I would like to do. Stragne ! If I know what to do, I would be a dentist. why would I go to him........Terrible, never go there. The staffs are very good.........but the doctor totally unqualified.

I had a permanent retainer that came unglued and they charged for $200 to fix it, no insurance coverage. Now less than 2 weeks later it came unglued from all THREE teeth they glued it to. Basically they just wanted a free check and didn't do their job at all and my retainer is all the way gone. I'm gonna ask for that money back but this place is no good. They didn't check me for cavities either but when I asked later said they did....

I am in school to be a dental assistant, and yesterday I got the opportunity to shadow this office. (Thank you for that)
I just want to give my feed back from what I saw first hand. They are very thorough with their cleanliness of all instruments, and dental equipment. They are really friendly with every patient, and keep them included in conversation. I feel as if they made their office a comfortable and professional as possible.
