Absolutely horrible managment. I mean the on site managers are amazing. But as far as corporate management goes, they are horrendous. They do nothing to investigate any complaints you file, however are more than happy to take complaints against you. I have downstairs neighbors that are constantly smoking so much pot, that the smell permeates into the hallway and into the bedroom of my 2 year old. When I complain, I get told that they will look into it. Nothing ever happens, and the smell continues.However, I receive noise complaints for when my 2 year old is playing in the bath tub.Additionally, rent has gone up to compensate for their "free WiFi." Buildings are old, dated, and constant need of repairs. Also have a stink bug problem that comes from the old windows that are very drafty, noisey, and half of them are missing screens. I would not recommend living here at all.
