        Lets see Im sitting outside of the salon right now for my 4pm appointment. It is 4 pm now ive been here for 15 min and the sign on the door says closed. I spoke with a man at around 145pm to confirm appointment. How completely unprofessional and disappointing. Update: I received a call from Lydia just moments ago at 510pm. But instead of receiving a call with apologies and ways to fix the issue... I was greeted with excuses and lies that were told to her by the individual that made the appointment. WHY EVEN CALL? He obviously screwed up! I wasted my time and money to drive to this business. I gave her all the information as I know it to be true and she obviously did not care to lose a client. The call was ended with a "well Im sorry. I just wanted to call you." Eye Roll!!! Thanks for wasting more of my time....
