I was in bingo recently and my experience was so bad that I came here to write a review as soon as possible. I travel through Oberlin regularly for work and Ive been to this restaurant before. Its a very good Chinese restaurant in a college town without a lot of other options. The food is solid American-style Chinese food, Its fresh and tasty and never cold. But I will never return to Bingo again.
The way the owner treats her staff is simply awful. My waitress was friendly and kind. I observed the owner yelling at her, berating her for a mistake the kitchen made. It even sounded as if she was threatening to hit her. I will never return to this restaurant again. The owners behavior is inexcusable. I hope my waitress finds another job soon.

We love Bingo so much! The food is authentic and delicious! Everything is house made. You will enjoy it! The staff is so friendly and accommodating!

Delicious food with great service! I highly recommend to anyone. Each time I have been here, I have had an awesome time with friends. Go bingo!
