I purchased a used bike off pink bike and the seller paid to have the bike package and shipped by the owner Joe. Joe tells us he ships the bike and that it's on its way. A week goes by and there is no update to the tracking number/shipping label we paid for. I call Joe numerous times and ask him what's going on and over and over he has told me he has shipped the bike. He would also leave me on hold for hours or say he will call me back but never would Two weeks go by and the seller goes back to the store in person. Joe has left on vacation but the seller tells this story to the store employees who do not seem fazed at all. I would guess this is common work ethic for Joe. As it turns out, the bike was sitting in the back of the shop unshipped after two weeks of Joe telling us it shipped. Joe had also lost the label so we had to purchase a new shipping label. There is a similar review of this bike shop with a very similar story. Do not trust this owner as he clearly has no problem lying to paid customers repeatedly.

My grandson’s skateboard type of scooter broke while at the park in Oberlin. Many tears from the six year old. So we walked into SWERVE for a repair. The owner found a part and fixed his scooter. He would not charge us for the repair. I will be buying my next bike at SWERVE. Thank you for your kindness. K Backus. This posting should have happened many months ago. Time flys.

Absolutely amazing experience. Called and asked for a last minute repair attempt on my chain derailleur as I was getting ready for a trip and couldn’t solve it myself. Owner had me come right in and knocked it out in just minutes and did it all for an EXTREMELY reasonable price.
