I have worked with Digital Doc on several occasions and have received nothing but great service. Over the past year Andy's team has replaced a battery on an iPad Air, at least 7 screens on iPad Mini's, and 3-4 screens for iPad Air's and Air 2's. On each occasion the devices were quickly returned in working order with quality replacement parts used. If you're looking to get a device repaired I can't recommend Digital Doc enough! (I am a member of the technology team for local company with the majority of these repairs coming from devices our business owns).

I cracked my phone screen really bad. I reached out to Digital Doc on Monday using their message option on their website. I received a prompt response as soon as they opened at 10am. By the end of the day the new part for my phone was ordered (they didn't currently have any in stock). The part arrived Wednesday so I took my phone in to be fixed on Thursday. An hour and a half later, I walked out extremely happy with the cost, the repair and the customer service. Andy and Natalie are awesome!! Andy did a great job repairing my phone, and I highly recommend going to Digital Doc.

awesome service, they saved me over 100$ instead of having to buy a whole new phone as my carrier suggested, the repair was quick and cost friendly.
