Michael McLaughlin: Allstate Insurance

Had put in a claim to All state for roof leaking. They sent out a guy to look over it. They denied every part of the roof. So I got a contractor to come price a new roof and he found all kinds of hail damage and also more. He told me to call all state again and have them sent out a guy to look it over with him. When I called I talked to a lady and she stated on the phone its a lot how you word the claim in order for it to go through. Why didnt the fist adjuster mention the hail damage on the roof? Nothing was said until I actually had a contractor look at it and he had showed and sent me and all state pictures. So again all state is denying the claim saying its not hail damage or wait hail damage on small vents on the house but not the roof. Doesnt make sense. Now Im trying to talk to a supervisor plus also still trying after asking many times to have a actual adjuster come meet with the contractor. I feel I am paying all state and Im a customer and nothing is being done so what am I actually paying them for.

I moved out of state from Ohio a couple years ago, and even though I had to find a new insurance agent/company, Mike took the time to give me advice and answer questions that I had for my new agent. Even though I couldn't be his client, his time and info he shared with me was super helpful in my move out of state and being insured.
