Bar is ok.Beer tap in back lounge area not working. On new years eve?? Really? No soap in restrooms, toilet did not flush. At least have hand sanitizer as a backup. Food is way overpriced

Really? It used to be like a 4 five years ago or so. Probably the worst service of any place I’ve been too. Yet I keep going back for second chances. Today was the topper. 4:30pm. It started with, after ordering food 30 minutes ago, someone comes out and asks if we ordered food. Yes, yes we did. And then it comes out sans some of the sides it was supposed to have. The 4 of start eating 🍽 but without silverware. We ask for it-and get this: “we don’t have any right now but should shortly”. Nice. Then, it is a bar and grille, request another beer. That not so promptly comes out and in a plastic cup. Which was supposed to be a 24 ounce beer but served in a 16 ounce plastic cup. We also why? The answer is we ran out of glasses and they are dirty and being washed. Again nice. Then another drink order was requested for a layered black n blue beer which comes out in a not so beautiful mixed concoction. Perfect lol. This while the manager was busy phubbing on his phone instead of, uhh, managing. Aces, step up your f””$&ing game!!!!
