Usually the service is top notch but one evening recently I went 15 mins before closing & the doors were locked! I looked and I see an employee counting down the register. My opinion, if you have posted hours you MUST stick to them. If you want to close early then change the hours!

Super slow, pickup was over 30 minutes late, just stood in line with others waiting even longer before us. Thought it would be easier to pick up through a larger place but I won't be doing this again. Wish I had read the reviews before renting.

First off before walking out the door with the keys I asked if I needed it extended if I could call and ask for it to be extended. They said yes. I said without extra payment needed at the time? They said yes. So when time comes they ask me for payment or to return the truck. There was a snow storm there was nothing I could do. Couldn't drive on the roads like I had planned. Secondly I said I wasn't sure where I was going to be able to drop off the truck then you and that was fine too at the time then they want to charge me a $192.00 drop off fee for taking it to the wrong location. No wonder they said it wasn't an issue to drop it off else where bc they know they about to charge out of pocket. Some people need to be able to pay once they get their pay and return the truck. Moving is already stressful enough that's why being able to pay the 19.98 or whatever it is upfront is great. But these people who you have working for you have no knowledge of anything. You get told one thing from one person and another from another. I even compared receipts from mine with a friend and its like yall make up what you want to charge at that time.
