Support Team is Excellent. I recently purchased a Key Machine and had run into an obstacle. I'm fairly new to this to be honest, I received prompt support from the Keyline Team. Lets Start off by saying. The Reviews here are probably fake. Some users look like SPAM accounts. In terms of Keycloning if you look at the PDF published. The keys they mention it will clone might not actually work. Experience with 884 Ultregra Only: After Update it failed to recognize my Original Keyline Blanks. Which is good money iv paid for each one of these. The machine seems bricked. Iv registered this unit in the past and mainly used it for standalone cloning. After update its pretty much useless. They charge for pretty much everything and im not sure if this is the best option on the market anymore. The only reason I purchased this was for the TKM feature as many machines dont have this. with newer technology it seems this is dated for its time. It was easy to use but after updates I have a Brick.
