Vido's Jewlers used to be a staple in North Olmsted, till the big chain stores and the internet muscled them out. Once a "big bank" bought the building, they jacked up the rent from about one thousand to three thousand a month, which is impossible to make by a small shop. It's such a shame that the friendly mom&pop shops are disappearing nowadays. Will be remembered with fond memories by their former customers. :)

Vido's is a family run jewelry store that I have been shopping at since I bought my wife's engagement ring there 10 years ago. Several rings and push presents later I still recommend. Custom one of a kind jewelry with people who care about their customers.

Terrible experience. I called because I had a problem with a bracelet that I bought there and they were extremely rude. The store is handled by husband and wife couple and both do not know how to treat a customer. After few moments on the phone, they hung up on my face.
