I have been calling to have a pickup for my hospital bed and wheelchair I don't need it anymore and they keep saying they are going to pick it up but never do. It's in my way. I guess I will have to dismantel it and sit it out back on my uncovered patio so they can pick it up whenever they choose to do so. I will call them 1 more time and then thats it

Just got my machine set up today I specifically asked when I made my appointment about a different mask I was told on the phone that I would be set up with a mask fitting I person who went over my machine said that's not how it works and gave me a list of mask to look up #2 the women in the office came in and said is there any thing I can do to help speed things along and basically packed everything up handed it to me and said have a nice day I felt rushed out without getting all of my questions answered I wonder if she was at her doctor and the nurse came in and said well is there any thing I can do to help speed this along and then gave her information to her and said have a nice day and she didn't have all of her issues addressed I wonder how she would feel so far I am not impressed with this company. Here we go again have had the machine for 15 and the my air app only shows 2 days usage and I use it every night the machine was not ramping up like it supposed to there customer support is worthless I finally took the machine to someone else and OMG they have it set up correctly they gave me a better mask and a SD card as soon as I meet my usage goal I'm done with Medical service company

MSC needs to vastly overhaul their billing practices. Their invoicing is confusing and does not reflect total amounts due, so it's always a guessing game how many payments are remaining when paying off medical equipment. Getting accurate information on billing always requires calling because all that is available on the website are their very sparse invoices. Their billing department has a hard time explaining billing timelines. For example, why a June 30 payment applied to a May 28 invoice and not a June 28 one. I was told erroneously by a billing clerk that I had satisfied my payments, only to get auto-drafted again the next month. On top of this, their sales department is OBSESSIVE. I get 4-5 voicemails a week asking me to order supplies from them. It's TOO MUCH.

problems with orders, supplies and billing , machine leaves you on hold forever and they never return calls, very bad service.
