I understand everything is different now that we live in a COVID-19 world, but they could have AT LEAST explained to me how things worked now. i walked in and 3 kids were working. not 1 said anything to me just stared at me as i looked at the stickers on the floor and signs to figure out what to do. (i was the only customer at the time) after i ordered i found out they dont charge by weight anymore they charge you PER TOPPING and then fill the cup to the brim with ice cream and half a tablespoon of toppings. makes no sense. waste of money. no point in going here until you can make your own again. GO DOWN THE STREET TO COLDSTONE CREAMERY!!!!! way better service and ice cream.

Been going here for a while. Very good and fun place to go. Right now during social distancing there is no indoor seating and you can't make your own cup, which is understandable. Still makes for a nice treat to take the kids before it gets too cold outside. Not really sure what they plan on doing once it gets to be winter time. I recommend the cheesecake flavor. Very good!

Went online to check out flavors. Found out they have no carb flavors. Was SUPER excited! Waited all night until they opened the next day. Drove 20 mins to get there. They dont have any no carb at the store. Was told to call weekly to check but that it wouldn't be any time soon. With a lot of people being on low carb diets right now you would think they would have at least 1 of their no carb flavors on hand. VERY DISAPPOINTED
