Called corporate, the lady I spoke with transferred me - voice mail. I called back and explained I really needed to speak with someone. Her response - very nastily - "I'm sorry sir, but I can't make someone answer their phone." This woman should not be answering the phone since no company get's a second chance to make a first impression.

This company is absolutely horrible, my grandmother was in their Country Lawn facility in Navarre. Needless to say she passed away in November and they are still sending my invoices for her for November and December of last year. She died November 6th how do you keep charging after death? Only about the money and have no decrement for familys feelings. To keep sending me an invoice for payment when they know shes passed is just classless. When I called and spoke to the rep Julie F. she was nasty, rude and condescending stating if there is an invoice I have to send it. What!? She clearly has no concept of death or emotional stress due to a loved ones passing. On top of everything Im not even the financial responsibility, my grandmother had her railroad pension that paid these money hungry grubbers and it stopped on the day she died, as should the invoices. They are just trying to trick family into thinking they have to pay, its disgusting and Im telling everyone I know how they operate.
