    I've been in the food industry for over 20 years now and this is the absolute worst customer experience I've ever had. I ordered the Mai fun Singapore Style with no shrimp. After picking it up and coming home 2 bites in I found a shrimp. This could have killed me. After scraping the food out of my mouth and popping Benadryl to be safe I called him up to let them know the error they had made. They assured me they had made no error I told him I found shrimp but they said they would not give me a refund unless I brought the item back to the store. I brought them back to the store and the lady there proceeded to have a loud arguing with me that that was chicken not shrimp. I calmly told her that was white I pulled out the chicken and the pork and showed her all three items next to each other she still insisted it was chicken. Upon throwing my hands up in the sign to walk out she said no no we will refund you. So naturally I return to the counter where she continue to have the argument. I said either you're going to refund me or not if you're not I'm leaving and I'm done. She finally refunded me I said Thank you and as I was walking out she still insisted that there's no way we're out of shrimp right now. I find that highly improbable with over 16 items on the menu with shrimp. If you're going to offer great customer service to get return customers just refund the item apologize for the inconvenience and move on arguing with someone will make sure that they never return. I hope they learn a lesson from this and are able to make corrections to improve their business going forward. I for one will never return.

    Every time I call they say they don't deliver, don't put WE DELIVER if you don't, just called today and they guy screamed and said no delivery and hung up. I would do zero stars if I could. No customer service at all

    Good food, fast service. If you call for delivery, don't ask if they deliver. Just tell them the order is for delivery...if you ask, they may tell you they dont deliver...but I KNOW they do 😏😊
