Worst Carpet Cleaning Company I have ever used.
Came out to house in unmarked white van and took out a cleaning machine that you can rent at any drugstore.
Carpet looks worse after they finished than before they started. Stains still there and carpet was soaked!
Would not recommend this company!

In October 2019 I called Special Touch Carpet Cleaners to come out and clean my carpet. There was no furniture that needed to be moved I had prepped the rooms that were going to be cleaned. The technician arrived on time and that is the ONLY good thing I have to say! The technician was rude & lazy. I brought it to his attention that he had not sprayed a certain area & he said he had when I know for a fact he had not. All he had to do was take a few steps to get the container & spray the area but he insisted that he had already done it. Do not use this company....save your money. They do not take pride in their work. Whatever happened to “Customer Service...???? Why would I want to have them come back out to my house. It should have been done right the first time!!! He couldn’t even honor a simple request that would not have taken more than 2 minutes. I noticed spots that were not treated or removed in my kitchen also. Don’t be fooled by their Ad that reads “#1 Again” 8 Time Winner. They are not worth your time or your money. I will never use them again.

The staff was friendly. Its been about 3 weeks since we had our carpet "cleaned" I went back and forth on writing a review. I was very displeased what my $160.00 got me. Some spray deodorizer for the carpet which was 30.00 extra. And an extractor that took up the dirt from underneathe the carpet. I wanted my carpet to be cleaned with the carpet scrubber and the spills from the kids to be brought out. Not at all what I have expected. Will not go back with this company. Also for 20 plus years in the business why so many rewards and next to no reviews.

Sadly, my experience with special touch carpet cleaners was not the best and I would not recommend them whatsoever. The first time they came out he said they were dry cleaning my carpet yet ,when he left my carpet was wet. The next morning all of the stains were back in my carpet it was as if their suction on their machine is not working correctly on top of that they didn't put anything under any of my furniture to protect my furniture from the wet carpet .they came out a second time and decided to steam clean steam clean my carpet after, he left I noticed my carpet was soaking wet as I walked across the in my bare feet it's squished, we had to use our carpet cleaner to suck up all of the water that was left in our carpet. The stains are still in my carpet and the job that he did on my furniture was just barely ok.
