        People will say anything about a place when they can't pay the rent and get evicted. I've lived here since 2002 and it's clean quiet mostly elderly that live here mixed with some younger. Every place has its flaws or hiccups and not every place is perfect but I'd rather live here than any other park around because the others around this area in Warren and ROBBINS AVE are nasty meth and crack neighborhoods that r far from clean for real I've worked for them in the past and I'm not even exaggerating. This is the best option when it comes to a clean quiet drug free neighborhood. I recommended Buckeye mobile parks!
