They refuse to follow the laws for the disabled. Laws that are clearly in place for those who need them. ADA, FHA, HUD and more. It is very frustrating. If you need anything for your disability "count on" fighting for your rights.

I cleaned the carpets in a 3 room unit and cleaned over 150ft of hallway carpet in April 2023 now I'm having trouble getting paid from them. They claim that they have a third party who pays the contractors but it's now June 5th and no payments yet. Maybe they can't pay me because they are always full of bedbugs and or cockroaches. so if you are a contractor of any trade don't do any work for them because you probably won't get paid. Stay away from them!!!?

My mother has lived here for quite some time. Recent management changes and decisions are making the living conditions deplorable. Bed bug infestations are rampant. As soon as my mother treats her apartment, they come back. Management is doing nothing to remedy the problem

Nice apartments in need of management attention. Insect infestations (needs frequent pest control service), stained carpets in public areas as well as poor climate control. Laundry facilities very often out of order, poorly tended indoor trash areas. Such a shame to neglect a potentially wonderful set-up! Lots of activities, lovely residents. Still seniors deserve better services for the rental fees.
