Pictures were taken approximately August 6, 2019, as of September 18, 2019 pictures had not been delivered. When the company was contacted to inquire about the pictures, the man acted like I was trying to rip him off (even though they're the ones who have taken my money and not provided a product) and even went so far as to try to "trick" question me, asking what I thought of the new background. I wouldn't know, because I hadn't recieved the pictures to know what the new background looked like. They finally, reluctantly, sent the pictures, via mail, but the pictures were of some other person. I called three times over two days to resolve the issue, which is beyond infuriating at this point, and no one will return the call. At this point I am just trying to recover my losses and get a refund. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
