It's ridiculous trying to get a hold of someone to talk to. The staff is nice but can never get a hold of anyone when needed.

I was recommended by a friend to make an appointment for my son to be seen for a behavioral evaluation. The first time I called the receptionist sounded like she hated her job. She requested his s.s number and I told her I'd have to go get it from my files and I'd call her right back. Minutes later I call back and no answer. Left a voicemail.. no call back. I have called and left 4 voicemails over the last 2 weeks and still haven't received a call back. Don't waste your time.

The talk therapy and psychiatry is decent. The issue is getting in for appointments or trying to call. I missed one singular appointment and now they constantly ignore my calls. Ive called almost everyday for weeks hoping for an answer, even leaving voicemails but nothing in response. This poor customer service has resulted in me being forced off my medication that I need to thrive. I will be going elsewhere

Love all my kids' counselors and med persons. The nurses are fabulous and the office staff are friendly and helpful.

Good luck getting your call answered. I've had the worst luck getting anyone on the phone
