Wet back yard from surface water running into it from the field behind my house. I wanted tile and drains. He wouldn't do drains. I asked if he was putting rock on top of the tile so at least the surface water would drain down easier, nope, just fill it back in with the clay soil. Doesn't work at all after all that money. So now I'm digging down to the tile to put my drains in myself and what do I find? Tile that runs uphill and full of water. Don't do any work with this person, he doesn't have a clue what he's doing and will just take your money.
