I called & got a next day appointment which was great. I waited on my vehicle & repairs were completed within approximately 2hrs which made me very happy that I could go enjoy the rest of my day!

Made appointment for oil change and tire rotation. I arrived slightly ahead of scheduled time. My time spent at the dealership was just over one hour. The length of time spent is' my only concern, I realize the dealership is not a 10 min. quick change store but an hour is more time than necessary. The work done was correct and documented. All my contacts were cordial and professional.

I took my truck in for an oil change and your technicians also rotated the tires. While I was driving home I started to hear a grinding noise. When I got home I found that my front wheel was loose. The tech left 4 out of 6 lug nuts loose on the driver's side front wheel, and I could loosen the 4 lug nuts with my fingers. There were also 2 lug nuts not tight on driver's rear wheel. Luckily I made it home and corrected the issue before my wheel fell off. When I called in to tell someone what happened they told me there was no way, every wheel is checked before leaving. Your service is lousy and will probably kill someone someday.

Recently purchased a used car from Coughlin GM and the experience was great. I especially recommend working with Sam, she was able to take care of us in a very professional manner and we would certainly buy a car here again. Great job Coughlin team!
