My debit card was used to make fraudulent charges at this place called and didn’t get anywhere with the manager I guess they are more concerned with selling there merchandise and making sells instead of making sure that whoever it is doing an online purchase is really that person and not someone just out to hurt ppl.

If I could put negative stars I would! I highly urge you to take your business elsewhere. This company is extremely unprofessional, cuts corners, doesn’t honor their warranty, overcharges, and disappears once they have your money. My mother and father had a house fire and the house was totaled, I work for an insurance company and sadly advised my parents to use this company as they are a preferred provider. I have been riddled with guilt ever since. The rebuild was sub par to say the least, I could go on for hours talking about all the issues they had and still have; for example when we went to turn the bathroom water on, the water started spraying out of the medicine cabinet! One of the most disturbing instances was when my father pulled up to get something out of his storage unit and the owners son was using my fathers tools without his permission! My dad was irate! I’m thankful for google reviews, so I can shed light to the public on the shade of this horrible business!

We had a wonderful experience with rainbow. I’m very satisfied with the job Shawn did for us the carpet is clean smells great and the price was low we will use rainbow again and recommend them to all friends and family. The gentleman who is cleaning my carpets right now took pride in doing it. He is freaking awesome. And it smells minty.
